Between the crisp freshness of apple and the vibrant tartness of yuzu, this cider reveals an unexpected and delicate pairing

Description
Born from the meeting of French terroir and Japanese flavours, our yuzu cider is crafted in France, in Brittany.
Each bottle is the fruit of exacting craftsmanship, respectful of raw ingredients and subtle balances. A singular, refreshing union that invites discovery. The cider is produced by fermenting apple must with natural yeasts that convert sugar into alcohol. The process releases carbon dioxide, making the drink finely sparkling.
For our yuzu cider, 4.97% natural yuzu juice of Japanese origin has been added once the fermentation process is complete.
Yuzu is undeniably the emblematic citrus fruit of Japan, blending the aromas and flavours of green mandarin and citron. Its zest and juice are highly prized in cooking and pastry-making.
The yuzu juice used comes from fruits grown in open fields in Ehime Prefecture in Japan, harvested mainly in November and December. The aromas are powerful, with notes of green mandarin, citron, and unripe lemon.
It is rich in vitamin C, beta-carotene, and hesperidin, which have strong antioxidant properties.
