Description

The quantity of plums used in this "umeshu" is three times greater than that used in a classic umeshu. The plum fragrance is therefore dominant, lending it great balance.

The acidity level of this "umeshu" is twice as high as that of traditional umeshu or plum liqueurs, which earns it the descriptor "suppaï" (meaning sour in Japanese).
