Umeshu Tsuruume Suppaï 700 ml 11.5%
- Platinum Medal, Kura Master 2025
- Sour ("suppaï")
- Balanced
This umeshu is made from the finest "ume" plums of the "nanko" variety from Wakayama, harvested when fully ripe. The plums used in its production, of the "nanko ume" variety, are picked when fully ripe.

Description
The quantity of plums used in this "umeshu" is three times greater than that used in a classic umeshu. The plum fragrance is therefore dominant, lending it great balance.
The acidity level of this "umeshu" is twice as high as that of traditional umeshu or plum liqueurs, which earns it the descriptor "suppaï" (meaning sour in Japanese).
