Description
This umeshu, with its golden straw-coloured robe, offers aromas of almond blossom, orgeat syrup, and ripe plum, with woody and roasted accents.
The palate is very clean and tart, with notes of plum, passion fruit, exotic fruits, very roasted and almost cocoa-like, with lemon zest. The palate is very lively and crisp, reminiscent of good fresh umeboshi plums.
