Description
The Tsuruume Ichigo is made from Tochiotome variety strawberries from Wakayama Prefecture. Nanko ume plum umeshu is added to enhance the flavour, bringing not only sweetness but also a subtle bitterness and acidity. A touch of Japanese sake is then added to create a refreshing taste, giving rise to a delicious liqueur with a sweet and tangy strawberry flavour.
