"Sparkling" refers to the formation of micro-foam, meaning that the natural carbon dioxide produced during fermentation is retained in the bottle. "Sparkling" refers to the formation of micro-foam, meaning that the natural carbon dioxide produced during fermentation is retained in the bottle.
The naturally present carbon dioxide, preserved during the fermentation process, gives it a lively effervescence, while its delicate aromas and silky texture lead to a fresh, dry finish.
An elegant aroma, with notes of white peach, mandarin, banana, pear, lychee, redcurrant and a hint of marshmallow.
On the palate, a pleasant, natural and delicate carbonation. Reminiscent of a young wine, it presents a light minerality, followed by a gentle sweetness of ripe stone fruits with round, umami rice notes. A lightly peppery spice lingers on the palate, with a lasting finish.
Beautiful balance with a subtle, refined acidity. A pure and clean finish.
