This vintage shochu reflects the brewery's passion and the unwavering dedication of its craftsmen.
This shochu is not diluted with water when it comes out of the still. The aromatic notes are powerful, evoking warm rice and caramel. It stands out for its traditional flavour — gentle on the palate at first, then robust. The subtle earthy scent and the characteristic depth of black koji leave a lasting impression. This shochu is best enjoyed chilled (+15°C) or warm at +60°C. It can be diluted with water for a milder taste.
