Description

Since alcoholic beverages, and shochu in particular, are consumed predominantly during meals, vacuum distillation allows for simpler flavours to be obtained. This buckwheat shochu, aged for 10 long years, is simply remarkable.

The aromas are sweet, evoking ripe fruits and exotic fruits. After a decade of ageing, it offers a deep flavour. Its sweetness is perceptible and its texture is velvety. The palate is smooth, the buckwheat is well present, with notes of cereals, fermented touches, and a beautiful sweetness.

You will appreciate the powerful notes of soba or soba dashi, with accents of bread and toast
