Distillation is carried out two-thirds under vacuum and one-third at atmospheric pressure.
A great aromatic richness for this light and elegant Shōchū, exhaling notes of caramel, milk jam, toasted cereals, popcorn, biscuit, tobacco, coffee, and vanilla.
On the palate, the mouth is light and smooth with accents of caramel, dulce de leche, coffee, Ovomaltine, chicory, and toasted cereals.
