Saké Yukikko junmai usu-nigori Vol. 16%, 720 ml
- Made in Iwate, Japan
- Refreshing
- Umami preservation
This sake preserves the umami and acidity inherent in the rice, while remaining refreshing and easy to drink. It can be enjoyed as much with the eyes as with the palate. Poured into a glass, it has a fresh and pleasant appearance.

Description
Its slight haziness gives it a distinctive flavour, and you can savour the refreshing taste and umami of the rice. This dry, frank and open sake offers aromas of well-ripened pear, nashi and strawberry. It expresses a great deal of freshness.
You will appreciate the floral notes (white roses), the hints of fresh almond and yoghurt whey. The palate is round, supple and voluptuous, lightly tangy, with a slightly dry finish evoking stone fruits, fresh almond and orgeat.
