Perfect pairings

This saké is ideal with summer vegetable tempura, cold tofu, white fish or shellfish sashimi, warm oysters grilled in their shells and lightly dressed with ponzu, a tuna tartare with ponzu, a bonito tataki, white fish, haddock fillet with mushroom cream sauce, or grilled poultry.

Description

Its slight haziness gives it a distinctive flavour, and you can savour the refreshing taste and umami of the rice. This dry, frank and open sake offers aromas of well-ripened pear, nashi and strawberry. It expresses a great deal of freshness.

You will appreciate the floral notes (white roses), the hints of fresh almond and yoghurt whey. The palate is round, supple and voluptuous, lightly tangy, with a slightly dry finish evoking stone fruits, fresh almond and orgeat.
