Muryozan Junmai Daiginjo sake 15.5% - 720ml
- Fruity flavour
- Philosophy of quality & precision
- Palate invaded by sweetness
The Muryozan Junmai Daiginjo offers an exceptionally opulent and sumptuous fruity aroma (yellow peach, strawberry, mango, passion fruit) with a powerful yet enveloping bouquet.

Description
It offers a remarkably clear and bright palate, from which a rich umami flavour and sweetness gracefully develop, filling the mouth with a slow, concentrated texture (passion fruit bursts on the palate, alongside mango, a great richness of flavours and exotic fruits). The underlying fruity acidity precisely defines the contours of its full-bodied flavour.
Its three-dimensional texture, almost like a subtle viscosity, is highly impressive. After tasting, a brilliant aftertaste lingers gently, fading gradually to the back of the throat, offering a beautiful finish.
