This Minenoyuki Junmai Ginjo saké is a pure koshu

Description
To qualify for the koshu classification, sake must be aged for a minimum of 3 years.
The pale colour suggests ageing here at cellar temperature (+15°C to +20°C).
The qualities of this junmai ginjo are nonetheless entirely preserved.
This Junmai Ginjo sake, aged in a cellar since 2004, unprocessed, is made with Yamadanishiki rice.
The bittersweet aroma of apricot and the gentle aroma of honey are combined with the light, refreshing fragrance of herbs.
The soft, sweet flavour of the rice warms the heart.
The deep savour and subtle mature aroma make this sake a pleasure to drink.
