Description
To qualify for the koshu categorisation, sake must be aged for a minimum of 3 years, resulting in a colour evolution from pale to golden yellow or amber.
This Kusudama Junmai sake has a smooth and robust flavour with a pronounced crispness.
On the nose and palate, it expresses the aromas and fragrances of sweet ripe pears, black pepper and almonds.
