Palate: fruity, smooth, fresh, lightly sparkling

Description

Unpasteurised, this sake is slightly sparkling. The aromas are extremely fruity, with a great deal of sweetness, notes of ripe strawberry, marshmallow, green apple and very ripe red apple, and young melon.

The palate is indulgent, with fresh peach, strawberry, red berries, and marshmallow.
