Gozenshu Bodaimoto Usunigori Light Saké - 720ml
- Green apple aromas
- Light taste
- Subtle & pleasant acidity
This sake is made according to the oldest brewing method. Usunigori means "slightly cloudy" and this sake is so named because it is bottled with a small amount of fermenting must.

Description
The result is a slightly sparkling sake with aromas of green apple and pleasantly sweet and tangy flavours, nicely supported by its cloudy appearance.
This sake is also of the genshu type. Genshu literally means "cask strength" and refers to sake that has not been diluted. No distilled water is added to lower the alcohol content.
This is therefore a low-alcohol, slightly cloudy sake made with white koji. You can sense the sweetness and sourness in the dancing cloudiness. Using a new approach, Tsuji Honten has brewed a new "summer-style sake" with a light taste.
A refreshing sake to drink in hot weather, with a low alcohol content of 13%, but with good flavour and good acidity.
