The distinctive feature of this Shōchū lies in its secondary fermentation, during which roasted and smoked barley is added.
Distillation is carried out at atmospheric pressure.
The roasted aromas evoke warm popcorn, coffee, maple syrup, caramel, toasted bread.
The flavours are indulgent, umami of barley tea, coffee, maple syrup, caramel, cocoa, toasted bread.
