Nishikidôri, Top Chef partner!
The new season of Top Chef is about to start on M6. For this 15th season, Nishikidôri is a partner and offers a range of traditional Japanese products. You will be able to find them on your screens!
You will have the opportunity to discover: misos, vinegars, Nori seaweed, various sauces, not to mention professional equipment such as our table-top barbecues.
As a partner, Nishikidôri makes a wealth of Japanese ingredients available, giving contestants free rein to express their creativity.
Season 15, an exceptional anniversary
A major novelty this season: there are no longer 4 but 6 chefs appearing on your screens, meaning 15 Michelin stars that the contestants will need to impress.
The 16 contestants will be divided into 2 brigades, compared to the usual 4, for an exceptional face-off. On one side, the grey brigade made up of chefs Philippe Etchebest, Glenn Viel and Paul Pairet. On the other, the orange brigade, 100% female, with chefs Hélène Darroze, Stéphanie Le Quellec and Dominique Crenn.
On the menu: many surprises, classic and reimagined challenges such as "La Guerre des restos" and "La boîte noire", and the participation of many world-renowned chefs.
