In 2017, we became the first bonito flake production factory in Japan to obtain European Union certification for the export of products from seafood processing facilities. We continued this momentum in 2019 by becoming the first Japanese dried bonito shaving factory to obtain EU certification.
Looking ahead, we will remain fully committed to creating unique products that appeal to consumers in Japan and around the world, while sharing the richness, refined flavours and exceptional appeal of katsuobushi, the traditional Japanese seasoning.
