Nakafusa Foods Co., Ltd. is a food processing and trading company located in the Fushimi district of Kyoto, Japan.
Our main products are sake kasu (sake lees) and sansho berries. We benefit from privileged contracts with two major sake producers in our region: Gekkeikan and Takara (owner of the sake brand Sho Chiku Bai).
Our organic sansho berries are harvested in Japan by local producers, guaranteeing their domestic origin and quality.
