Moriyamaen

Founded in 1967 in Matsue (Shimane Prefecture), Moriyamaen is recognised as one of Japan's leading references for sobacha, roasted buckwheat tea. The Izumo region, renowned for its buckwheat production and soba noodles, also maintains a long tradition of drinking soba tea, inherited in particular from the tea master Matsudaira Fumai.

Appreciated for its toasted, indulgent notes, sobacha is naturally caffeine-free and rich in nutrients. It is traditionally consumed for its digestive qualities and its everyday use by the whole family, including pregnant women and children.
