Founded in 1913 in Kitakyushu, the Goto Shoyu brewery has been crafting traditional, high-quality products for over 100 years, now in its fourth generation, including soy sauce and miso, which are essential to local cuisine.
Nestled in a rich environment between sea and mountains, the brewery carefully selects its ingredients and uses time-tested methods to produce additive-free seasonings, while also recently developing new products such as dressings made from local ingredients.
