The Hirooka farm uses the Tottori's best shallots to make its black shallots.

They are generous, delicately fragrant. Confit notes are almost balsamic with notes of prunes and apricots. The shallot, subjected to maceration where only heat and moisture intervene, takes a black and glossy color, a silky and melting texture, and reveals all its natural sugars.

Our perfect agreements : This black shallot will accompany dried or smoked fish, carpaccio, foie gras, scallops ... and will enhance your cold sofas and preparations.

They make not only fruits but also process staffs like alcohol drink, juice and sweets.
