      National Flower of Japan, the Sakura cherry blossom - represents a period of renewal and optimism. The chips of rose mark the end of winter and mean the beginning of spring. Due to their fast flowering, cherry blossoms also symbolize the ephemeral character of life, a major theme of Buddhism.
      The flowers and edible leaves of Sakura have a distinctive flavor and a divine perfume. The taste of Sakura is on a subtly sweet and flowery side. It does not have the fruity taste of cherries. You may be surprised by the taste of almond or amandon without bitterness.

      These edible sakura flowers marinated, selected from the high quality edible cherry blossoms that grow naturally, are picked by hand.
      They are macerated in a salt solution, ume plum vinegar and citric acid to preserve their color, freshness, their fragile natural appearance.
      On the use side, take some salted Sakura cherry blossoms and rinse them gently to eliminate salt, you'll get an excellent floral tea. Salted cherry blossoms are ideal for decorating and perfume tea-based drinks, desserts, frosts, white rice, white fish tartars or crustaceans ....
