Khaki Saijo Neighborhoods Dried Shimane

This khaki is a small variety of an average length of 5 to 7 centimeters, and has an oblong egg form to elongate. The skin is smooth, tense and yellow-orange pale when you are young, then it softens, wrinkle slightly and takes darker orange shades mature.

The fruit must be mature completely before harvesting them so that the tannins of the flesh decompose while the sugars increase, giving the flesh a soft, aqueous consistency, similar to that of a flan. The flesh is also translucent, orange to yellow, and contains little or no seeds.

The Khaki Saijo has a sweet, sweet and fruity flavor with honey notes, brown sugar, mango and papaya. The Khaki Saijo is an excellent source of fiber to regulate the digestive tract and vitamins A and C, antioxidants that reinforce the immune system while reducing inflammation.

The fruits are also a good source of manganese to facilitate the digestion of proteins, potassium to balance the liquid levels in the body and contain some calcium, magnesium and phosphorus.
