Dried magnolia leaves

In Japan, each guest can use a small table barbecue.
The magnolia sheet is briefly cleaned and then dried with a paper towel. Then is placed in the center a layer (10 cm x 8 cm x 0.5 to 1 cm thick) of Miso Campaign, or hatcho miso, or red miso (dollated with a little mirin and dashi broth for a creamy consistency) or Dengaku Méo or Miso White ..., shiitakes or mushrooms from the lamella, the CIVE or CIBOULE or young leeks cut into bevels and which slats of duck meat or beef (if using miso campaign / Dengaku / Red), chicken or veal (if using Miso Dengaku, whispery mise) or pieces of fish fillets (white miso).
All Leather Telled on the Magnolia leaf (which will not get through the barbecue heat in contact) and can be enjoyed on a good white rice.

Our perfect agreements : A small personal recipe for the Miso to be spread on the sheet: Mix 3 tablespoons of country miso, 1 tablespoon of mirin or saké jidenshu, 1 teaspoon of sugar.
Clear well to obtain a creamy texture and spread on the magnolia sheet by preserving a thickness of 5 mm.
Place some very disturbed beef slices, shiite lamellae, blank slats of young leeks. Cook 10 minutes.
