Yuzu Kararin is one of those rare spices, including Japan.
Here everything is natural: bark of the best yuzu, still rich in vegetable fuel, red peppers and some green peppers, then good sea salt.
The manufacturing is manual, the trituration of the ingredients jealously kept secret.
