Description
The tasting experience is refreshing and exotic. You will find bright notes of cumin, slightly woody touches, a sweet aroma derived from brown sugar, and a scent of apple and honey from ripe plums. The taste is sweet, but the acidity of the ripe plum spreads across the entire palate, followed by a savoury and lingering umami flavour. The flavours also evoke caramel, currants, dried dates, and candied dried fruits.
