Ichiyama Pottery was founded in Shimoishi-cho, Toki, Gifu Prefecture, in 1963. Toki is renowned for its traditional Mino ceramics (Mino-yaki), a craft with a history spanning more than 1,300 years.
The company helps create handcrafted pieces and tableware that enhance the presentation of food, for both the general public and professionals.
To achieve this, Ichiyama uses both time-honoured and modern techniques, including 3D printing.
