This ponzu will taste remarkable with gyoza, beef or salmon tataki, fish or beef tartars, langoustine or even veal. It will work well in mixed salads too, and of course it goes without saying that it is perfect on raw salmon, tempura or tofu.

This is one of our best ponzu without a doubt.


Fueki Shoyu's Kinbue yuzu ponzu sauce is made from double-fermented saishikomi soy sauce. Once fermented a first time, the soy sauce is set to ferment again. This develops complex aromas and a velvety texture.

Like any ponzu, dashi broth is added to develop the umami of the condiment. The dashi used in this sauce is very fine, moderately salty and with subtle aromatic notes, perfectly enhanced by an excellent yuzu juice, bringing elegance, freshness, superb acidity, and fabulous yuzu citrus notes.
