Hotaruika Gyosho firefly squid soy sauce is made using the Daitoku Shoyu traditional soy sauce method. It is exclusively made from the Tajima firefly squid, the highest quality squid in Japan. It is also made up of selected malt and grain. The wheat and soybeans are grown by farmers working to reintroduce wild storks to Tajima. The storks love this specific wheat and soya.
