For its manufacturing, vinegar is added to fermented fruits, and the so-obtained mix will rest for 4 days before being slowly cooked during 6 hours. Savors, flavors and sweetness are also concentrated. Texture is as thick as honey, vinegar taste is very smooth.

Our perfect combination : allowing the same applications as very old balsamic vinegar, this product will enjoy cooks (plate’s decors, shellfish, vegetables, foie gras, and cheese), chocolate makers (ganache), pastry makers (decors) and bread makers (bread).
