This area is surrounded by abundant nature and benefits from numerous water sources.
Our mixture is made entirely by hand, a mixture of Sansho leaves, Kumazasa bamboo leaves (Sasa Albomarginata), Dokudami pepper grass (Houttuynia Cordata), Persimmon leaves (Diospyros kaki), which all grow wilderness in the mountains.
Infused, it restores a refreshing citrus flavor (Sansho) and a unique and subtle spicy taste.
Sansho belongs to the rutaceae family, so citrus fruits and its leaves are rich in essential oils.
Sansho essential oil activates the function of the stomach and has a good effect on detoxification and hypersensitivity to cold.
