One major advantage when using this paste is the natural green tea colour remaining when cooking or making pastries, which, honestly speaking, is very much complicated with all other kind of tea or tea products existing on the market. Thanks to technologies developped by Zero Once Company, fresh pastries and creams processed which Yamecha green tea paste will preserve their natural green colour during 3 days, even if products are stored under day light condition in refrigerated window. With regards to fresh cookies or biscuits processed without any addition of preservative additive, packed with humidity absorbers (and then not being in contact with ambiant air), then colour will be preserved during one month.
