Panko is composed of petals or flakes of white sandwich loaf. Once cooked it gives a light , very crumbly, crunchy coating.

  • Ingredients : wheat flour, yeast, salt, barley koji, rice koji (rice, ferment, chlorella extract, dextrin, acerola)
