Caribbean - Spices mix

In the Caribbean, it is often used for grilled pork.
Mixed with melted butter or oil, it is used to marinate meat for a few hours.
Its sweetness also predisposes it to chicken (thighs, drumsticks, wings) and beef (ribs) because it caramelizes during cooking.
With melted butter, it works wonders on barbecued corn spices.
