Sato Foods bring us a white soy sauce, the most used in cooking in Japanese gastronomy, in a powder form.

This extract is part of the OISHII range ('delicious and tasty' in Japanese), whose products have the following qualities - unique, interesting, quick to use, healthy, innovative, impressive.

The production technique consists of extracting the natural flavours of the ingredients and then powdering them. The flavours produced are concentrated and keep the natural flavours.

It is essential in the seasoning of many meat and fish dishes, sauces, rice, pasta, sautéed vegetables, but also in ganaches and other sweets which work well with a touch of salt.

It has the advantage of not colouring food, while perfectly keeping the soy sauce flavour.

It can also replace salt on grilled meat and fish and carpaccios.

The advantage of this extract lies is its form - the pulverised product is easy to mix with flours, creams, other pastes, liquids etc.
