The ingredients are exclusively Japanese - Shiga and Fukui soy beans, Aichi and Hokkaido wheat, Nagasaki salt, Wakayama water.
Kurano Tarujikomi soy sauce is undeniably the iconic soy sauce from Yuasa.
A classic soy sauce, it is made in with total respect for traditions.
Maturation is slow and respects the seasons for 13 to 18 months, in almost 100 year-old cedar casks.
The palate is long, aromatic, rounded and balanced in salt.
A traditional "grand cru" sauce for sushi, sashimi, maki, steaks etc.
