Made of green or red chilli pepper, yuzu bark, yuzu juice and salt, it will bring out the flavour in omelettes, fish and grilled meat, meat, shellfish or fish carpaccios or broths.
We had it created for us, making sure the sesame, yuzu and chilli flavours were preserved.
The mixture works perfectly. The freshness of the yuzu is omnipresent, the chilli pepper just enough, without ever being unpleasant, enhanced by the tastiness of the sesame.
