Applications :     

This particular furikake has a very floral and vegetable taste: mixing kombu and shiso. It is very powerful in umami because of the glutamic acid in the kombu.

Perfect combinations :

This product is easy to use and will accompany your savoury preparations, either cold or hot.  You can also try it to season your petit fours or your puff pastry preparations, breads....
