Applications :     

This particular furikake has a regular taste: mixing kombu and soy sauce. It is very powerful in umami because of the glutamic acid in the kombu.

Perfect combinations :

This product is easy to use and will accompany your savoury preparations, either cold or hot.  You can also try it to season your petit fours or your puff pastry preparations, breads....
