This material is recovered after pressing the sake and matured for at least 12 months in order to develop a powerful umami.

Our perfect combination : known as "muku" (immaculate in Japanese), this paste is used as a condiment, a natural flavor enhancer or as a marinade base for meats, vegetables, fish.
It gives very good results linked with sauces, or even to flavor ganache and ice creams.

This product is ideal for vegan.
