Junmai Kimoto is the best kimoto saké, to be drunk cool, ideally at a temperature of 10°C.
It is a very elegant saké, subtle and sweet, with fruity notes (white melon, watermelon, banana) and woody undertones.
We love the powerful notes of steamed rice, and the slightly oily and sugary texture.
It goes very well with both western and oriental cuisine.

Our perfect combination : It tastes remarkable with oysters and shellfish, but also with scallops with crème fraîche or spaghetti carbonara for example.

The Daishichi saké company was founded in 1752 in Nihonmatsu, in Fukushima Prefecture, in the northeast of Japan. Daishichi is renowned not only for the high quality of its saké, but also for its use of the "kimoto" method, a traditional and authentic saké production method. Daishichi is recognised throughout Japan as the best kimoto saké producer.
