This is a rare kimoto junmai ginjo saké, delicious served both warm and cold (and even over ice) thanks to its balanced flavour.
It is very popular in Japan in cocktails mixed with citrus juices, because of its purity. You will be surprised by its aroma of ripe red Fuji apples, its fresh and milky and steamed rice notes.
We love the complexity, freshness, lightness and the very slightly bitter notes.

Our perfect combination : It goes well with a multitude of dishes, ranging from salads to raw oysters and sushi to white meats and tempura.

The Daishichi saké company was founded in 1752 in Nihonmatsu, in Fukushima Prefecture, in the northeast of Japan.
