Jyunmaishu Shuhai saké should be enjoyed at a temperature of 10°C.
It has notes of Asian pear, pear, quince, white melon and ripe red apples. This saké will go perfectly with creamy pasta sauces, lobster salad or spring rolls.
For a unique culinary adventure, we recommend it for cooking shellfish such as mussels, cockles, clams or dog cockles. It will make for incredibly fragrant shellfish and the cooking juices will be a marvel to enjoy as a broth or added to a creamy spaghetti or tagliatelle sauce.
