In order to produce authentic risotto rice, the farmers worked, on the cover of an Italian Chef, to improve the texture and size of the rice grains of two varieties of rice constituting the ideal mixture.
This risotto rice has less viscosity than ordinary Japanese rice. The grains of rice are sorted and calibrated in such a way as to keep only the fleshiest.
Our perfect combination : this rice is perfect for making cheese or seasonal vegetables or seafood risotto.
