He opted for a high-quality output, with numerous selective sortings of the plant, after the harvest, before drying and after drying.\u003cbr\u003eThe exemplary work he carries out with the producers now allows us to offer one of the best peppers in the world.\u003cbr\u003eDespite the overall exceptional quality of the peppers from this area, the sorting we require — even more rigorous, grain by grain — allows us to obtain only a few exceptional grains per harvest. There is not a single gram of pesticide or chemical fertiliser.\u003cbr\u003eEverything is natural. The fertiliser used is made from a mixture of paddy field crabs and herbs.\u003cbr\u003eFresh soil is regularly added and watering is done by hand, at the cost of enormous effort.
