A few years ago, in 2004, a Frenchman decided to bring together farmers who owned a few pepper plants in order to revive production in the region.\u003cbr\u003e\nHe opted for high-quality production, with numerous selective sortings on the plant, after the harvest, before drying and after drying.\u003cbr\u003e\nThe exemplary work he carries out with the producers allows us today to offer one of the finest peppers in the world. Despite the exceptional overall quality of the peppers from this area, the sorting we require — even more rigorous, grain by grain — allows us to obtain only a few exceptional grains per harvest.\u003cbr\u003e\nThere is not a single gram of pesticide or chemical fertiliser.\u003cbr\u003e\nEverything is natural. The fertiliser used is made from a mixture of paddy field crabs and herbs.\u003cbr\u003e\nFresh soil is regularly added and watering is done by hand, at the cost of enormous effort.\u003cbr\u003e\nTo do such hard work, one must be passionately in love with one's land and one's product.\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eOur perfect pairings\u003c\/strong\u003e: it is very easy to use, as the small grains do not need to go through a mill or mortar. Its heat develops with cooking.
