This gives an incredible aroma that develops umami.\u003cbr\u003e\nOur wasanbon is very rich in calcium and iron. Its powdery texture and the way it dissolves on the palate are surprising. These two qualities guarantee a very high-quality sugar. This unique sugar is used by all of Japan's great chefs.
