The wine is then aged for twelve months in Taransaud oak barrels. All operations are carried out by gravity, without pumps, and the wine is neither filtered, nor fined, nor sulphited.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis artisanal approach aims to preserve the purest expression of the terroir and to convey the spirit of the surrounding nature.
