 With their beautiful appearance, shiroebi shrimps are called "Jewels of Toyama Bay". They are famous throughout Japan. They live between 150 and 600 meters below the surface of the sea. They are very sweet. This is a fine and refined dish. Just fished, they are transparent and have a nice pale pink color and then whiten as they perish.
