This exceptional ponzu combines two emblematic products from Fukui Prefecture gastronomic culture and the Echizen Coast.
There is first of all these snow crabs, caught in winter, from November to March, in deep waters, with sweet and delicate iodized flavors; then Ume plums from Wakasa (Echizen coast) famous in Japan for their tender, fleshy, tasty fruits and their small kernel.
This ponzu combines marvelously sweet, iodized, marine notes.
